Cons The air conditioning did not work at all! It was blowing warm air instead of cooling the room. The windows could not be opened, and there was barely any air to breathe. I asked the staff to open the windows, but unfortunately, they said it was not possible. They brought a portable air conditioner, but unfortunately, it did not cool the room either. Thank God, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They quickly found a solution and moved me to another room.

A hotel with pride and class - home away from

I have stayed at Hilton Beijing Wangfujing four times—twice for more than ten days and twice for shorter visits. The more I have come to know the hotel and its staff, the more impressed I have become by their professionalism, strong work ethic, and genuine desire to give every guest the best possible experience. Their hospitality feels natural and sincere, never forced. It reminds me that, despite the common perception that today’s China is driven only by profit and money, genuine warmth, pride in one’s work, and thoughtful personal service are still very much alive. One thing that makes this hotel especially meaningful to me is that many staff members speak authentic Beijing dialect. For someone returning to Beijing, hearing Beijinghua gives me an immediate feeling of coming home. Beijing people have their own distinctive warmth, courtesy, and way of communicating, and I have experienced this throughout the concierge team. Many staff members have impressed me, including the entire concierge team and their manager Elvis. I would also especially like to recognize Wang Tao from housekeeping. Although he is not originally from Beijing, he is an exceptionally thoughtful and attentive person. I also had the opportunity to speak with Johnson Wang, a manager at the hotel. I could see clearly why the hotel operates so well. Although I am now retired, I have always admired young people who are ambitious, career-minded, and committed to excellence. It is evident that many members of this team hold themselves to high standards and have greater professional goals. That dedication is reflected in the way they care for the hotel and its guests. After four stays, Hilton Beijing Wangfujing has become much more than simply a convenient place for me to stay. It is a hotel where I feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and—most importantly—at home in Beijing.

Very nice stay

Our stay was delightful. The staff was exceptional, the room was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the extra care afforded to us by Elvis Yu , the Chief Concierge which made our travels through Beijing much easier than expected.

Cons 空調不涼，最低溫度不夠，連續開一整晚後還是不會涼，整間飯店所有房間的空調都不涼（飯店人員親口說的），晚上睡覺會熱醒的程度，電梯的空調還比房間涼，並且離開房間後空調一定時間內會自動關機，晚上回到房間後要好幾個小時才會再冷下來。也發現行政酒廊、飯店走廊等等整間飯店都有不涼的問題，八月熱天到訪的遊客權益歸0 ，飯店做法是給電風扇加冰塊 並且沒有恰當的補償措施。怕熱的遊客建議斟酌，尤其如果住大房間會更不涼就像我們，更要好好考慮。去行政酒廊到處都額外放冷風機，就可以知道飯店空調有多沒力。此次旅程也有住到王府井周邊的其他類似價位飯店完全沒有此問題。
