Service was good, nice clean sheets and towels.

Rooms are clean and comfortable with good beds when staff delivers, but thin walls let you hear neighbors clearly.

Cons Nice and clean
The area of the hotel was very convenient.
We did not eat breakfast. We did not like the fact that a microwave was not in the room. We weren't inform that we would have to pay for parking. We would not have been in Birmingham if my grandson was not having open heart surgery. I Think some kind discount should have been given on the room.
Cons It would have been more informative if all the fees and charges were know up front.
Great Stay
Had a wonderful stay experience. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, Van driver who happened to be named Van was great very knowledgeable about the area and helpful.
