Cons We were there for my sons birthday and all the stuffs that was supposed to be delivered in the room for his birthday was never delivered
It was my 3rd time in Hilton, property is perfect! Super clean, staff friendly, service amazing!
Cons Pool!!!! It should be fixed!!!! Every single day so many kids and even adults got cut!!!!! Super sharp small tiles in the pool! My 2 year old son got really deep cut on his leg! One boy was escorted out by medical personnel with cuts on his belly and leg! Food was perfect in Steak House and Italian restaurant, but not in Mexican buffet!!!!! We are family who doesn’t eat pork, and for guests like us there is nothing to eat except rice! Rest of the food all kind of different pork dishes((((
As a foodie the food was great. Some staff were so friendly. Shout out to Angel at the lobby bar, Ameryka and this nice lady that cleaned our room n arranged my jewelry for me.
Cons Most staff kept speaking Spanish, some were not friendly at all, and the beach water was not good.
