Ambience was good and was clean

Cons Shower system is bad, had cold water all over me, the staff promised they will offer something like dinner or something, for the issue, but nothing, an just a sorry was said. Not expected from Hilton and a 5 star after paying so much.

Super comfortable room. Helpful staff.

Cons The shower head didn't work in the bath. There was zero soap inbthe bath. The only soap was the shower gel glued to the wall inside the shower. So if you needed a bath you had to find a container to carry some shower gel with you into the bath.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again!😊

Staff were excellent, cleaning was prompt, super friendly. Breakfast menu was great. Location was perfect for my work.

Cons There was a huge leak next to the toilet, which was super inconvenient and very worrying with the polished marble on the floor. We informed to reception twice, but attended to it little later on. And our room was a suite, and in our washroom, the lamp shades of the mirror light was cracked, which was a surprise that a 5 star brand like Hilton wouldn’t have attended to..
