Cons View which is out of anyone’s control but thought i would get a city view room
Kicsit megfáradt, és már csak a nevéből él.
Nem sok minden.
Cons Fizettem a booking-on át upgrade-t, ami hiba volt.
I would recommend the Hilton Chicago when visiting Chicago. The location and staff were great.
The staff were especially friendly and helpful. I didn't make note of everyone's names but Cody and Max at the front desk were especially helpful, and Daniel in Valet parking I think was helpful with charging my dead battery.
Cons Everythinbg was great!
Room was comfortable and spacious.
Cons THe door lock didn't work and I had to go up and down 3 times for a new room key...security finally came and had to reprogram the lock and another room key. I also don't like the fact that when I book thorugh a 3rd party, I don't receive any Hilton points, that needs to be reviewed.
Great property and location with an enjoyable stay overall!
The property was great, and we really enjoyed the location. It was convenient, comfortable, and overall a nice place to stay.
Cons The only downside was the significant increase in price due to the concert taking place that weekend. Other than the higher pricing, we had a great experience
Convenient but Loud
This hotel is within walkable distance to solider field, downtown, and most major museums in Chicago. It’s very convenient for concerts at soldier field, and has a pretty lobby area with a huge gym.
Cons We paid extra for a high floor room with a view of the lake, which was beautiful. HOWEVER, this is an old hotel and the windows do not muffle the loud street below at all. It felt like we were sleeping on the street, with sirens, car honks, and trains while being 11 floors up. We could literally hear people talking with our windows closed. I understand it is a city, but windows with zero sound proofing in 2026 is insane for that price and location. I wish we could be refunded as we didn’t get any sleep over our 3-night stay.
