Hilton Chongqing

Outdated facilities, lack of class and poor customer experience in pool/gym.

The value was good but one would except a lot more from a Hilton.

Cons The hotel is quite outdated with old carpets, dark lighting etc. The lobby is quite noisy, lots of signs everywhere and a pediatric store prohibits a classy atmosphere. There is also a strong smoke smell in the hallways from guests smoking. You need to use a cap to use the pool which you need to pay for yourself - Incredibly poor customer experience which I have never seen before at a Hilton. The breakfast is decent with solid range of dishes.

So wonderful and grateful to be in Hilton Hotel Chongqing surrounding by rivers and mountains, partially surrounded by the Yangtze and Jialing rivers and massive mountains. Hotel room and bed is cleaned and the interior styling, carpets, and furnishings feel classic or from a past era rather than modern but carpets quiet old. Great and convenience location. Room air conditioning is not cooler enough for October month. Friendly and helpful staffs and highly recommend.

Uiterst vriendelijk personeel, vooral poetspersoneel 13e verd en portier (oudere man). Heerlijk ontbijt, goed gelegen.

Toen waren we anderhalf uur verder ...

Prachtig uitzicht, zeer nette kamer.

Was amazing.

Alles.

Cons De schoonmaakster deed niet goed hun werk. Allen dat.
