Hilton Columbus/Polaris

Rooms are clean and comfortable with good beds, but soundproofing is poor so you hear neighbors and hallway noise. Staff consistently delivers excellent service. Breakfast costs extra, and one guest found a stain on bedding without follow-up from management.
