Cons Nothing in particular But the pool was closed for maintenance.

I also have to compliment the room—the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the interior design and furnishings are beautiful, elegant, and very well maintained. Everything feels high-quality and thoughtfully designed. Overall, the room has been exceptionally comfortable and relaxing. June’s service made the experience even better! All the staff were incredibly warm and attentive, especially the chef and June. They made my stay even more enjoyable!

Beautiful rooom view but issues made an unpleasant stay

The King room has a beautiful view of the river and city. It has a large bathroom with a soaking tub.

Cons There were a few things that detracted from my experience at this Hilton DaNang. - The air conditioning never cooled the room, even with the thermostat set to 18°C/64°F. - The pillows appear to be large and fluffy but they flatten quickly. - The location was workable, but walking to the city center became very noticeable in the heat and after long days. - Unfortunately, my final interaction at checkout also left a poor impression. I was given 1 room key at check in, but at checkout, was accused having 2 and not returning 1 of them. Why would I keep a room key? The employee was unpleasant rather than simply resolving the discrepancy. I enjoyed the view in this room, but taken together, the issues were enough that I would not choose this hotel on my next visit to DaNang.
