Cons Very challenging to navigate through the hotel, elevator took time to arrive. Hotel cleaning staff often use the guest elevator thus resulting in high wait time.
Great location, the positives end there
Daniel (I believe he is one of the management staff) is absolutely lovely and helped me resolve an issue by moving me to another room. The room he moved us to was lovely (large space, modern, nice window with natural light) and I want to thank him for going out of his way to make our stay comfortable.
Cons When we arrived, there was nowhere to pull up and no one to assist with the bags. The lady that checked me in was incredibly rude and dismissive (awful awful first impression), and asked another reception staff member to help with our bags and he said to her that it wasn’t his job. My husband had to leave the car on the street illegally parked and bring the bags in (we have 5 bags of luggage) which we then had to lug to the room ourselves. This hotel has no amenities and the ones it has are very low quality. The beds are uncomfortable, the shower leaks, there are no robes or vanity kits, maintenance staff are very tight with water and toilet paper. It just feels like an incredibly budget hotel which for the price is disappointing. I hope to never stay at a Hilton hotel again. If it weren’t for Daniel’s excellent customer service I would have left.
Staff are super friendly and helpful. Excellent stay. Hotel is perfectly located for easy walking between the Royal Mile, Waverley station and bus stops.

het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk en de services is goed. De locatie is heel centraal.
Cons De kamer. 4 persoons kamer, 2 glazen. Kleine bedden, dunne dekbedden, geen extra dekens aanwezig. Lamp en make up spiegel kapot. Niets in de minibar (stond ook uit).
