Prices for cold packed sandwiches were outrageus. Food kiosk was located convenient to registration desk .

Cons Ice machine s that actually worked, 2 chairs in the room so not guest can sit, better lighting in bathroom especially around the mirror. A welcome booklet that explained procedures to guests. We discovered that door dash was cheaper and better food and uber was cheaper, more timely than hotel shuttle.

Food at olive and sea better than expected. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons Customer service was very poor. Chaotic, rooms not ready no communication. No explanation of any facilities. Couldn't access things without a room kry but rooms weren't ready. Did complain to manager and room found eventually. We rarely complain but this was exceeding poor service. Will never stay again.

The view from my room Was nice

Cons I was in the room Playing music and chatting with my friends. All of a sudden 2 female security guards came and knocked on and aggressively threatened to throw us off the music if we didn’t turn the music completely off. It was an extremely rude encounter from people who worked at this hotel. I am extremely dissatisfied with this stay at this hotel.
