Above & Beyond on Our 25th Anniversary

Our stay at the Hilton Frankfurt came about unexpectedly after low water levels on the Rhine caused a last-minute change to our European trip and as luck would have it, we ended up in Frankfurt on the night of our 25th wedding anniversary! A very special thank you to Francisco, who truly went above and beyond to make our evening memorable. He was incredibly kind and helpful and managed to secure us a reservation at a wonderful steak restaurant that was an absolute 10 out of 10. It turned what could have simply been an unexpected overnight stop into such a special anniversary memory. Thank you, Francisco, for your kindness, hospitality, and extra effort. It meant more to us than you know and was the perfect reminder that sometimes the unexpected parts of a trip become some of the best memories!

Miserable, rude Woodhall manager!

Location was ok. Rooms were good, quiet and spacious. The breakfast experience was awful. We were herded through by the unfriendly male manager, giving the impression that we were an inconvenience. He obviously has a 2 tier welcome, as the German couple were greeted friendly and asked if they wanted coffee??? I understand German!! He later reached across me and in to me whilst I was talking, to take a plate. Rude and unnecessary. I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend.

Flawless Hospitality, Outstanding Staff, and Unmatched Views!

From the moment we arrived, the entire team went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. The level of service, cleanliness, and genuine warmth from every staff member was world-class. Check-in was an absolute breeze thanks to Christina, who was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and even welcomed us with ice cream—such a delightful touch after traveling! I also want to extend a special thank you to Samantha, who coordinated our room upgrade via email prior to our arrival with total professionalism and care. We were placed in Room 1208, and the views were spectacular. Having a room where you can watch both the sunrise and sunset made our mornings and evenings feel truly special. The food and dining recommendations were another major highlight. Zefer and the front desk team pointed us toward authentic, local German dining experiences rather than tourist traps, which made our culinary outings fantastic. Each morning, the breakfast spread was beautifully catered with an impressive variety of fresh choices. The breakfast crew operates like a well-oiled machine with radiant energy. A special shoutout to Gabriele at the omelette station—when my wife asked how he was doing, his smiling response of "always good!" completely set the positive tone for our day. If you are looking for a pristine, welcoming, and exceptionally managed stay in Frankfurt, this is the place to be. We cannot wait to return!

Best Hilton Property in Europe

Hilton Frankfurt City Centre is the best Hilton property in Europe, and the reason goes far beyond the beautiful building, perfect location, incredible breakfast, comfortable rooms, excellent executive lounge, amazing restaurant or outstanding facilities. The real secret recipe of this hotel is its amazing team of carefully selected, top-notch professionals. The staff is consistently welcoming, attentive, professional, warm, and incredibly efficient, while still managing to make every guest feel personally valued. It's rare to find a hotel where such a large team consistently delivers this level of service. There is a genuine sense of pride and dedication that cannot simply be achieved through training or management policies but rather comes from the people themselves. Their attention to detail and the way they anticipate guests’ needs are what transform a stay from “good” into something truly memorable, and Hilton Frankfurt City Centre has clearly assembled something very special. It's truly an exceptional hotel, powered by an exceptional group of people and with no doubt the benchmark by which I judge every other Hilton property. This hotel warmly justifies my diamond reserve status and should be cherished by Hilton as a flag hotel amongst its European properties.

Great service

3rd visit to Frankfurt, and second time at the Hilton Frankfurt City Center. This will be my go-to hotel for all my future visits. Service was fantastic. I informed the hotel that we would be arriving from a transatlantic flight and requested an early check in. Granted. I reserve connecting rooms for my family. Granted. I requested non-feather pillows. Already in place. As a Hilton Honors member I was also given a free room upgrade and free breakfast. Rooms are clean and spacious. Location is very walkable to everything we wanted to do in Frankfurt. Breakfast buffet was large and tasty. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Frankfurt.
