Hilton Garden Inn Alexandria Old Town National Harbor

Quiet and convenient place to stay in the area!

A clean, quiet room in a great location, minutes away from restaurants, bars, and shops on King Street and the King Street metro station. As someone who is sensitive to noise, I appreciated that the room doors do not slam shut and that I could not hear A/C cycling on and off. We also received friendly, responsive and helpful service from the front desk staff when inquiring about a lost item (shout out to Jerry!). We had a car, but we were able to find street parking Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday, so we did not need to use their valet parking service.

Secret Rooftop Bar is the BEST

My family and I had the best time at this Hilton Garden Inn on the 4th of July. The hotel hosted a rooftop celebration for America 250 with a view of the Freedom 250 Fireworks. Everything was wonderful- remodeled, very clean. Nice bathrooms. Thank you to TJ for telling us about the event at his hotel and thank you to Harry, Louise, Laura and the whole crew for making the night memorable. This hotel is so nice, we plan to come back and do a “staycaction” in Old Town at this Hilton Garden Inn in the near future.

Cons No complimentary parking or breakfast

Not great!

Service is definitely missing in this place. Phones do not work in the room, staff do not answer the front desk phone. Have to call to have room cleaned. Certainly not the level of service one would expect with the name. No room to load and unload in front.

Overall experience is great. I will come back to this hotel next time I visit Virginia

Spacious reception area with food/snacks available for emergency. Rooms give ample space as well.

Cons Small portion of ala carte breakfast though staff (old but very good guy) was very accommodating and explains all options available. Wi-Fi during our stay is intermittent. Does not connect automatically when you go back to to the hotel.

I loved the staff and the location. But you are overpriced for what you offer by way of amenities.

Location is great. Your staff are all really wonderful.

Cons Not enough water pressure for the shower. The breakfast is not great given what we have to pay for it.
