Cons The parking is a little steep! They only have valet parking $70 which I love plus the tip! 😱

Cons The staff needs more training. I had paid the room through Booking.com and I was told it was not paid, so I got charged twice. Once I brought it to their attention on the second day, I was refunded the money. I had also selected a room with breakfast included, but when we went to breakfast we were told it’s not included and we would have to pay. Made another trip to the reception to inform them of the situation and they finally gave us the breakfast passes they should have given us when we checked in. Also, the parking is too expensive.

George in the restaurant was great!

Cons Parking is very expensive. The room is sold with breakfast but breakfast is not offered outside of the restaurant. They offer a credit in place of continental breakfast that they do not apply. The restaurant bill is not itemized. Heavy homeless population near by. The elevators didn’t work properly. The pool was disgusting. There was no filter running. There was not water in the lobby. The property looks old and unkept
