Cons Overlooking of the homeless in the alley next door. Not being city people it would have been nice for front desk to be a little more forth coming with information. We did not have apps on our phone for food deliveries, or for whom to call for taxi or uber.

Cons Wifi not good as you have t sign up to loyalty program to use it. we are from austraila so no use to us.
