I did like l the cleanliness of the hotel and that there was a lot of options near by for food.
Cons I didn't like the parking situation. It was a little hard to find.

Rooms are clean and comfortable with nice bathrooms, but housekeeping sometimes misses details like hair in showers.
Praised forgood location · friendly staff · nice amenities

Nice hotel, unfriendly staff
The hotel was nice and our room was clean.. The location was fantastic.
Cons The staff was not friendly at all.The snack area in the lobby was not stocked well
Meh
Location
Cons Bad HVAC, horribly noisy, TV did not work, shower has no handheld, beds aren't very comfortable.
It was meh, loved the location but the ice machine not working and the bed being stiff
The location is pretty good
Cons The ice machine didn’t work, body wash wasn’t filled up we ran out, didn’t have enough towels and rags. The bed was not comfortable for $1,200 I expected for the bed to be comfortable and things to be better.
Was well situated. We had beautiful corner rooms. Loved the view. Would stay again.
Well maintained and convenient.
Cons Nothing
Would definitely stay again. Clean, large rooms. Definitely worth it overall!
Very clean and large rooms. Good views. The pool and hot tub were nice as well
Cons The only problem we ran into was that our room wasn’t ready for check in until about an hour and a half past when it was supposed to be ready. It was a very busy weekend/beginning of the week in Chicago with different events so booking was a little more expensive as well.
