Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Downtown/Magnificent Mile

Great location near attractions and transit, but the hotel has serious problems. Guests report broken heaters, roaches, missing blankets, malfunctioning fridges and thermostats, a tiny pool that doesn't match photos, and poor customer service including rude staff and hidden $100 nightly deposits. Stick with another place.
