Highly recommended hotel in cusco.
A beautiful and quiet place overlooking the city. The staff were very friendly and check-in was swift. The room is spacious and bright and the toilet is very clean. The bed is super comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel to downtown Cusco by taxi was not that far and still a place that is worth staying. The staff are attentive and its highly recommended. I enjoyed my stay.
Great overnight stay
We stayed here for one night after our trek in Machu Picchu and it was lovely. The staff were wonderful, and we were treated extremely well as Hilton Gold members. Everything was spotless in the room, it was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was the best we had during our time in Peru.
Nos sentimos como en casa y en familia
En este viaje a Cuzco con mi familia agradezco la amabilidad y atención de todo el personal, en especial a Larry (técnico) por estar pendiente de nuestra habitación; a Fredy (encargado de limpieza de la habitación) ;y a Analy, y a todo el equipo de la cocina por preocuparse en tener un buen momento en el desayuno, en el cual tuvimos el privilegio de escuchar un acompañamiento con arpa espectacular. Además, recalcar a las señoras con sus productos artesanales dentro del hotel por dar buen precio y calidad, sin dejar de lado a la alpaquita Luchito. En este viaje que lo hicimos con auto el hotel nos dio las facilidades para un aparcamiento adecuado. En general una buena experiencia y estadía 100% recomendable.
Cons Estar pocos dias, en la siguiente oportunidad nos quedaremos más tiempo.
Good hotel,easy access to all the main sites.
Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Staff were very friendly and gave me the chance to practise my Spanish! Room was comfortable and very clean. Location was good.
Cons Steep walk for 30 minutes to get back from central town. Uber takes 5 minutes and is very cheap so that was good.

El servicio y en particular los barmen Naun y Victor. Excelente atención y cócteles.
Cons Las almohadas podrian ser mas duras y el aire acondicionado muy ruidodo.
