Cons First room was trashed. My brother is limited physically and having to make multiple trips to desk wasn't easy for him.
Great location only 10 mins walk from union station. Very helpful staff when we arrived. Attached restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. A good sized pool.

Average hotel. Staff were pleasant and the onsite bar and kitchen were nice
Cons Dirty ! Whilst our bedroom was great the pool area was dirty, the furniture in the lobby was stained, tables in kitchen were dirty with previous food left on seats and floors. We overlooked the power grid- so not a good view from the bedroom and surrounding area was quite rough with homeless sleepers
