Rooms are clean and recently renovated but basic. The beds are comfortable, though some guests call them a bit hard. The HVAC is inconsistent — some rooms run too cold, others too warm, and a few guests reported no AC at all. Street noise on lower floors is a real issue, so go high. Expect minor wear: broken drawers, dead outlets, the odd ceiling gash.
