Great first stay in Botswana - your team took away some of the anxiety of traveling in a new country

Really helpful staff - it was my first time in Botswana and they helped with wifi, travel and some market insights too!

Cons Wifi was spotty.

We cancelled our booking and because of the unprofessional conduct of the Front Desk Superviser.

Cons Through booking.com, we booked a family room - which was confirmed. On arrival at the premises, we were made to pay for a room at the rate of a family room (approximately, double the price of a standard room). And yet, the front desk supervisor (Mr. Phaks) allocated us a standard room, without any apology or explanation. There was no meaningful assistance to re-allocate us to the room we had booked and in fact paid for. We ultimately cancelled the booking and booked into Hotel 430 (up the road), which I would highly recommend in comparison.

Cons - they forgot to pick me up at the airport - room was not ready at 15:00 o'clock - pool was out of service without prior notice, since weeks - poor european breakfast, nothing local

Reception lady was exceptionally helpful.She's the best and charming

Loved the shower room more, also it’s so clean and quiet, spacious and elegant

Cons I wish in the tray amenities they could add honey for us who don’t consume sugar
