Cons Wir wurden zunächst im 1. Stockwerk eingecheckt, das Zimmer war unbefriedigend, da in der 2. - 3. Etage Raucherzimmer vorhanden sind, blieb unser Zimmer nicht verschont vom Rauch. Aber das Personal hat uns dann ein anderes Zimmer in der 8. Etage gegeben.

Cons Zu nah an der Autobahn, da kann man keine Fenster aufmachen, wenn man die laute Klimaanlage nicht anmachen will.

Terrible
I stayed at this hotel last year, and it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. They attempted to charge me for breakfast, claiming that the hotel’s systems were not integrated. Internal administrative problems are not the customer’s responsibility, and using that as an excuse to charge a guest is simply unacceptable. It was both unprofessional and embarrassing. The situation became even worse when my room was not cleaned for two consecutive days. Instead of apologizing and resolving the issue, the hotel tried to justify the poor service by falsely claiming that a “Do Not Disturb” sign had been displayed on my door. The lack of accountability was as disappointing as the service itself. This hotel charges five-star prices but delivers a level of service that falls far below that standard. From housekeeping to customer service and after-sales support, the experience was consistently poor. I would not stay here again, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the level of quality and professionalism expected from a five-star property.
