I didn't feel welcome from staff and kind of arrogant. You can see they really didn't want to rent a room to us. So we left and rent a room somewhere else were we feltl welcome.

Location, service and quality is excellent, nothing like most of the brand properties in the US. Got upgraded to a suite with a view and living room. Breakfast buffet was good as well
