Location was great just across the street from convention center.
Cons The hotel appears to be somewhat dated, and the air conditioning in our room was not functioning correctly. The receptionist was unprofessional, and we did not feel particularly welcome during our stay. The valet attendant on the morning shift was discourteous and acted as though our request to retrieve our vehicle was an inconvenience.
It was adequate but not great.
The room was fine and comfortable. The price was reasonable. The location was fairly close to the things that we wanted to do while in NOLA.
Cons The TV remote did not work, and I asked for addtional wash clothes and never received them. Also, on the bill that was initially presented to me I was charged $100 for valet parking for 2 nights, but I did not even have a car. The hotel did reverse the charges after I told them.

The Pool. The staff were AMAZING and friendly. Front desk clerk made it so inviting from the moment we walked in. I really forgot his name but big African American man funny as all! Made my girls feel special and comfortable with ‘rock, paper, scissors’.
Cons Valet or street parking. I’m not a valet person and just feel uncomfortable having others park my car.
