Staff genuinely cares and remembers guests, beds are comfortable, and the pool area is nice. Rooms have cheap fixtures that break easily, missing basics like tissues and safes, and housekeeping misses details like hair on towels and dirty windows. Breakfast costs extra and isn't worth it.
