Some disappointments with our stay

The room was clean and comfortable. The facility and staff very nice.

Cons The next morning we looked forward to breakfast in the lobby. However, there was work being done early that morning on the main elevator. It was super noisy with machinery while we were trying to have conversation with our friends who traveled from the U.K. to join us there. We could hardly hear what we were saying. The other disappointment was that the pool was closed for repairs. We had been traveling a long way and looking forward to a relaxing time at the pool, the reason we chose the Hilton Garden.

Cons The bed, the pillows, the toenails on the floor i slept on instead of the bed, no coffee in room

Staff was amazing!

Cons My room was a bit dirty tho. The computer char was sticky and had glitter on it.

Amazing stay will revisit

The property was situated in a very good location. Away from the hustle bustle. The breakfast was fresh. Staff were awesome.

Cons The huge ac in the room and also a bit noisy.

Restful sleep

I like the location.

Cons TV. Connection.

Staff was great. We needed a screwdriver and they spent time to track one down to loan us. Eveyone was very friendly. The guests were all happy also. A very nice property!
