Schönes Hotel für Venedig-Trip

Ein sehr angenehmes und schönes Hotel für einen Städtetrip nach Venedig. Die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Tür und die Busse fahren in kurzer Taktung. Der Hotelbereich ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet, mit einer schönen Lobby und einem separaten Bar-Bereich mit Aussenterrasse. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und kompetente Personal in allen Bereichen und der große, saubere Pool, in dem man sich gern etwas Abkühlung verschafft. Zusätzlich ist einen Wellness- und Spa-Bereich vorhanden, der aber durch mich nicht genutzt wurde. Insgesamt ein tolles Haus für eine Venedig-Reise und sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und ausreichend, allerdings hat es mir, bei meinem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt etwas an Vielfalt gefehlt, da die Auswahl täglich fast identisch war.

Il plus dell’hotel sono le stanze ampie, pulite e comode, piscina esterna bella e mantenuta bene, la posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro si Venezia in bus che ferma davanti all’Hotel e per me che avevo necessità di garage un comodo garage sotterraneo perfetto.

Muy buen hotel, las habitaciones muy bien preparadas para el agobiante calor veneciano del verano (al igual que el hotel, todo con aire acondicionado). Es una excelente opción para compaginar visitas por la zona con piscina y descanso. La ubicación es buena para Venecia y otras islas, porque los autobuses urbanos pasan por la puerta del hotel y te dejan a la entrada de la ciudad, al lado de los embarcaderos.

Check in process was smooth, room was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was ultra comfortable. We were very satisfied with the service received at the bar area for dinner and drinks.

Cons The transportation was unreliable. The website states there is transportation to the airport, it was "broken" whatever that means. We ordered a driver to pick us up at 9:00 am, he was 30 minutes late, desk staff attempted to keep us updated, originally was supposed to be 5 minutes late, then 15, then 20. Very unsatisfied with transportation that was supposed to be available. That is one of the reasons we booked with this location.

Byli jsme již potřetí, ale z tohoto pobytu nemáme dobrý pocit - proto nehodnotím

Cons Ovládání na TV pouze přes telefon (ne každý ovládá moderní metody!!!), na pokoji byly připraveny dva malé lahve s vodou, jedna byla zcela zkažená - až nebezpečně - musela se vylit....
