Used to be good but now needing renovations
The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Staff were friendly. The hotel is getting old and tired looking. Battered walls in our room, carpets old and stained. Our bathroom had a water leak at some stage - evident from the damaged skirting board and doorframe.

Cons The beds were very squeaky. Movement ( and we were not big women, one in each bed) sounded like the mattresses were on the old spring style beds that I grew up with. Very noisy.. The pillows were very poor. Like the ones years ago with foam chips and very lumpy. Everything else was good. The food from the lounge was very good. Bartender very nice!
