Friendly, helpful staff. The room was a good size. Great bathroom and amenities. City centre was easily accessible using the metro and train station. Aldi right next door for meals and snacks.

Super spread for breakfast. Staff accommodated us with vegetarian options. Reception staff were excellent. Location is a bit quiet in the nights but within walking distance to Milan Centrale (main train station). Has a small supermarket next door so convenient for daily essentials. Spacious room with strong air-conditioning!

We had a pleasant stay at the Hilton in Milan. Overall, the hotel is very nice, and our room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The renovation is not brand new, but everything was well maintained and pleasant. We didn’t book breakfast, but we occasionally had coffee and croissants downstairs in the lobby, and everything was really delicious. The staff at the reception were one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything.

Cons There were a couple of things that could be improved. Unfortunately, only one of the elevators was working during our stay, which was a little inconvenient, especially during busy times. Also, on one occasion we asked for an extra blanket, but it took three requests before it was finally brought to our room, as there seemed to be some misunderstanding. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendly service and comfortable atmosphere.

War alles perfekt für unseren Städtetripp - besonders die Nähe zur Metro.

Lage war perfekt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zentralbahnhof - von dort nur 4 Stationen zum Dom. Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen und Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
