Cons Very thin walls dividers between rooms made us hear everything what other guests were doing and it was hard to sleep, and difficult to talk comfortably knowing we could be heard too. . Tea/coffe, soap etc were not replenished/topped up daily. As a result we had no milk, no shampoo or not enough towels in some days.

Far below the standard expected from a Hilton – disappointing food, poor service, maintenance issues

The hotel itself is in an attractive setting and has the potential to offer a good stay. Unfortunately, our experience was let down considerably by the standard of service, food and maintenance.

Cons Very disappointing for a Hilton and nowhere near the standard we expected. From the moment we checked in, there were repeated problems. We waited over an hour for our luggage to be delivered to our room. The towel hook in the room was broken, and the water station on our floor was out of order, meaning we had to go to another floor simply to get water. The restaurant experience was extremely disappointing: the food was poor and the service was equally bad. Breakfast was also well below the standard expected of a hotel at this level. At the waffle station I waited around ten minutes for a member of staff even to appear, and when he eventually did, he was rude when I asked about my order. Unfortunately, this was representative of our experience with a number of the staff, whom we found generally rude, inattentive and unwelcoming. Any one of these issues might have been a minor inconvenience, but taken together they made for a very disappointing stay. For the price and the Hilton name, we expected considerably better.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel aber das Gym ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß und einem Hilton nicht würdig.

Cons Sind 20 min oben in der Skybar gesessen, es war wirklich nicht viel los, aber leider mussten wir das Personal selbst ansprechen um bestellen zu können.
