Cons $50 a night parking $30 a day surcharge all unexpected when I book a room I want the totals charge upfront. These surprises can bust your budget for a vacation.

Nice property but staff is not aligned
The hotel room was decent. It was clean.
Cons The room didn't have a microwave. After confirmation that my parking was paid and good to go by two separate front desk clerks, we received a call on the morning of check out about a parking fee that was due. They cut off our card in and out of the garage prior to 11 AM. So we were ultimately held hostage until a nice lady let us out because you can't deny us access in or out prior to check out time.
I had a wonderful stay each time I come to New Orleans this is my home away from home

I love the ambiance of the hotel and the staff was very helpful respectful and knowledgeable about the area The hotel staff Lawrence was extremely helpful going out od way to help me locate a bag of Lay's Potato Chips making sure I felt secure in his direction Gos bless him
