Cons The room was nice because it was spacious, but it was on the first floor, the bathroom door wouldn't close, the air conditioner was loud, and the water coming out of the shower and sink was a light brown color... I booked this hotel based on the good reviews and its name, but I was a bit disappointed.

Cons Why are we not given ample warning and prices for parking! This is an add on which should be given with a warning before booking. 2 glasses of wine from bar for 40 dollars is ridiculous! Plus paying for water in room is just greed.

Cons The bathroom in my room is broken, and water is flooding the entire bathroom. I asked the staff to move me to another room, but they refused, said they don’t know how long the repair will take, and told me I have to wait. It’s already 10:30, and I’m extremely tired and sleepy. I paid a lot of money for this room, and I don’t think it’s reasonable to make me wait indefinitely when the bathroom is unusable. I need a different room immediately. This is very frustrating and unacceptable.
