Cons Check in was at 4. Our room wasn’t ready until 5:30 and we were going to a concert and needed to get ready

Cons did not like that the parking lot was so far away from the hotel

never recommended to family and friend , worse experience ever, even I did not take any picture.

reception was on bad mood. even did not welcome. rude and not responsive. We there for kids for indoor swimming pool recepnaist told us the pool was open when we went with kids the pool was not open it was not open all day long.i spoil the money in this hotel. Room was dusty, bathroom was dirty and not in standard. I will never ever go this hotel again and wii not recommended for family and friend, rating 1 stander.

Great hotel and location for the nearby concert venues and for Philly. Looking forward to staying here again.

Location was perfect, view from hotel room was beautiful, and the staff was very kind and friendly.
