Love this place I will come back, but I won’t be getting ice unless the ice area is clean, not dusty

Beautiful property little old, but it was well kept up I will be back

Cons Only thing I didn’t like the ice machines area need to be sprayed down daily or wash down really dirty around in the area and on the ice machine. I know it is outside, but they can keep that up. Make sure the dust is not on the ice machine, so your guest can feel comfortable. I’m going to get ice. That’s the only thing sprayed the ice machines down please and keep them clean.

The resort itself was great, lived the pools!

Cons No free coffee in the lobby, the refrigerator in the room was way too small.

The room we stayed in was nice and a very comfortable bed. Enjoyed the balcony as well.

Cons The parking and driving around the property was a little tight.

Excellent resort with lots of options to keep you entertained. Fitness center, multiple restaurants, and great service.

The room was clean and roomy and the staff were excellent.

Cons We liked it all. Large property with lots to do. Multiple restaurants and pools including an adults only pool. We had 1 small maintenance issue which was handled immediately. Great service.

Nice relaxing stay for our anniversary.

The properties is amazing. Check-in was great very friendly. This Resort has been here a long time and they have kept it up very nicely. Our room air conditioner was a bit loud but it was 112 out and we sleep with earplugs so we managed. I felt bad cause I felt like it constantly ran the entire time we were there. We had dinner at the point in Tyme Friday and Saturday evening in the bar area. It not that great of service. They seem to be more concerned about what they were doing on the other side of the bar instead of things going on around them like people needing service. Not really friendly just there. We did eat in the lower dining room by the buffet for breakfast and it was amazing. We had a great waitress and the place was busy with hungry morning people. I don't know why the evening is so desolate, but maybe we got there too early for a crowd. The Falls pool area was really fun. The water was nice and cool and our server was amazing. It was really awesome to have the shuttle service also because our building was pretty high up and he did that extra ride to get down to the pool and dining. So Thank you. We will definitely be back for our anniversary again. Just may not have dinner at the Tyme again.

Do not waste your money

Given what this hotel offered a family of six, we were thrilled to book our trip here. We booked a junior suite, which offered 2 bathrooms and a living area. We immediately knew upon check-in that this was not what we expected in a Hilton property, and far from the resort-style hotel we had looked forward to. The hotel itself appeared run-down and dirty just on our walk to our room. Our room was not up to standards, to say the least (dead bugs, stained carpeting and sofa, stained lampshade, light bulbs burned out, bathroom floor and walls just awful. The mini fridge did not cool our water. The front desk offered to have someone come "deep clean", but we had moved all of our items in, so I did my best to clean and wipe down the room myself. It was late, and we decided to stay one night, as I was grateful that the resort allowed us to cancel the remainder of our stay. The grounds were disappointing; the large grotto pool was dirty. Overall, this property was such a disappointment because this hotel has potential to be a great resort. If you are looking for a "resort-style Hilton," do not pick this hotel.
