Hilton Port Moresby Hotel & Residences

Nice clean room, comfortable beds and pillows. Very good breakfast buffet.

Cons The gym could be bigger and better equipped

service professional and very supportive

All good

Hilton Executive Lounge on 15th Floor, it was my first time enjoyed it between 5 pm to 7 pm, great experience inside the lounge

Cons I was expecting to have complimentary shaver, toothbrush and tooth paste, inside the washroom or CR,

Fantastic experience from start to finish! The airport transfer was perfectly on time, and the staff were incredibly professional, friendly and always welcoming guests with a smile. The room was spacious, super modern, beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The hotel has excellent facilities, great dining options and a comfortable, secure atmosphere. Everything was well organised, and the hospitality truly stood out. Highly recommended and I would happily stay here again!

Customer service

Cons Nothing

It was quiet

Cons The room service menu is extremely limited. No Lamb or Pork on the menu. The menu should also reflect local produce in the way of seafood.
