The staff were amazing the hotel was lovely. Magical me and my girlfriend got engaged there love the fire pit.

Everything, fire place, vey good breakfast and facilities. Excellent value, will stay again.

Cons Parking is limited (expensive). Check-in experience was not the best.

Location waa great. Close enough but peaceful and nice views over the lake. Nice tracks and easy access to the water taxi was good. Rooms nice and good facilities. The staff were great even with dinner which didn't go well, they were great.

Cons The small things were missing. We waited 1.5 hours for dinner from ordering at Stacks and then everything kind of arrived at once. With 2 hungry kids and then that pushed brownie and ice cream close to 10pm which wasn't ideal. Not good timing. Breakfast we were on the package but weren't on the list. No biggie at all and staff were again great but it's just the gap in seamless experience.

Was not far from town by water ferry and had a few eating options available.
