Cons The pool was ice cold the thermostat was broken it was hot I went down to the front desk they said someone would come and look at it no one came the pillows weren’t comfortable beer caps all over the outdoor area by the pool

I stay at this hotel every 2-3 months with our son who is on a clinical drug trial at VCU Health. Great hotel, close to airport and VCU Health. A highlight is breakfast where Chandra always takes great care of us, talks to Jack and adds a wonderful personal touch to a long day and half of travel and time at the children’s hospital.
Amazing stay rooms were great as well as the service.
The server Liz was amazing and nice and the host Chandea was so sweet. 100 percent the reason we would come back.
