Hilton Richmond Downtown

Staff quality swings wildly here, from excellent to rude and unprofessional. Rooms are spacious with decent amenities but expect worn mattresses, rough sheets, sticky doors, and slow hot water. The downtown location beats most Richmond hotels for restaurants and shows.
