Rooms are big with high ceilings and mostly quiet. Beds are comfortable but some guests report them as too firm. Most say rooms are clean, but there are recurring complaints about inconsistent housekeeping, smelly rooms, outdated fixtures, and at least one confirmed bed bug report. Request a street-facing room with a view since north-side rooms on some floors have none.
