The Frint Desj Manager Mr. Ryan Brown was unfrendly and refused to recognize that the night desk failed to provide the deluxe 2 queend be with swiming pool view and prefered to deny that the reservaron included a view to the swimmingpool. Around the street hotel is to meny homeless and streets are smelly and dirty
Cons The unfrendly aptitudes of the front dest manager Mr. Ryan Brown
Good hotel to stay in San Francisco
The room was spacy and clean. Very convenient to stay, work and rest. The hotel is located in the financial district and close to the center of San Francisco
Cons No view, but it wasn't critical. Extra payments for packages that arrived to the hotel (I think that for such hotel, it isn't necessary) Extra high price for parking!
Fantastic location for exploring central San Francisco
The location is fantastic. We could get to most tourist places on foot or by public transport other than things further out which required driving. There are a lot of eating options around there as well. My kids used the swimming pool, which they liked.
Cons I had to take an early work call while the family were sleeping so went to the lobby but the Wifi is relatively poor there. The double bed is really not meant for two adults; it dropped off on the sides so both my wife and I felt like we were going to roll off the bed. Parking costs over $80 a day including taxes. Ouch!
Location
Cons Needs a good clean up.
