Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort
Beachfront rooms are spacious with great ocean views and comfortable furniture, though decor feels plain and cleanliness varies.

We had a great time!

Cons We didn’t like your restaurant waiter. My Birthday was spoiled by waiter Luis, he was unprofessional, rude and absolutely not hospitality
fine for work conference
Large rooms no crowds good conference food
Cons some staff were inexperienced
Disappointing
Cons Baseboards are ugly and dirty room 337. Jacuzzi was broken. Facility needs a facelift and shows signs of neglect. Very expensive rooms for quality of hostel.
Amazing experience all around
At one of my best friends wedding this past weekend. At the Hilton which had majestic views and a pool that was perfect to beat the heat that weekend. But the commendable aspect was the service. Especially our Bartenders Nelson and Brian. With a no children stipulation, we came to let loose and they saw to it. Even when 140 of us swarned the bar, they organized the crowd into beer, wine or cocktail and then moved with purpose. Later, the bride ask for water at the bar and they had just ran out, thus snapped Nelson bolting from the bar and 1 min later, back with 4 waters. The effort by staff made it the most fun for many of us in a long time. Thx!
Excellent location. Recommend to do some updates to bath/showers and replace carpets throughout.
