Well, that was disappointing.
The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a good location. The staff were lovely and accommodating.
Cons The hot tub was not hot, I was looking forward to this part and it was very disappointing. There was loud party music playing above our room for hours in the middle of the night. It disrupted our sleep. After reporting it to the front desk it took an extended period of time for the situation to get under control enough that we could sleep.

Cons * Laundry delayed twice. Also had to constantly ask for new laundry slips & babs * Towels sometimes had foreign strands of hair * After a room make up, pyjamas were left in random places. Expected to have them in the same place as I let them

Cons Couldn't use my fire stick on the TV for kids to watch their shows. You tube and Netflix. At least upgrade to smart TVs like other places.

Amazing and clean!
Very welcoming and clean! From the lobby to the pool area to the actual room! The breakfast was amazing my daughters enjoyed the freshly made omelettes. They also have dinner available there and a bar! Starbucks closes a bit early but it’s still available in the lobby area. The room was beautiful and clean ! We definitely plan on coming back soon!
