I liked the location as the surrounding area appeared safe & green. Easy to get to city centre by an extremely efficient metro or an easy walk. It was welcoming & the staff were pleasant & helpful.

Cons Only thing lacking was a pool

Comfortable and friendly environment

The hotel met all the expectation. Very clean, new and comfortable.I would give an extra to the staff, from reception desk, breakfast and room cleaning. The hotel has a special room for call which proved very useful in the last day, after check out. I could work in a 5 star environment. Congratulation!

Cons The price was a bit high, but as a late booking is understandable.

Very bad . Only cheating & fraud

They have charged me extra money . I stayed we.f 06.08.2026 till 09.08.2026 instead of 10.08.2026.they promised me that one day refund will be send back to my account but now they are not refunding one day stay. Moreover they are sending an extra charge of 160 Euros for booking the hote. They are looting & cheating customers for nothing . Kindly instruct them to refund the money or black list them
