Good location, good breakfast and great spa. Overpriced

The location is good. The Spa is great and the breakfast is good. Staff are lovely.

Cons The check-in process was delayed so no room key until nearly 4pm. The entrance and exit to the parking is dangerous. So many people parking in front of the entry and exit or driving on the wrong side of the lanes. The room was average for the price with no view. It was a tired room that needed some attention. No evening bar. Housekeeping was a lite touch and didn’t come until 4pm each day.

Breakfast was nice and staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Cons We chose this hotel expecting to enjoy its restaurants and pool, but most dining options weren’t available and the pool was shared with residents, so we didn’t feel comfortable using it. Housekeeping was inconsistent, WiFi not available on day 2 and someone opened our room while we were resting. The stay felt stressful rather than relaxing, despite the $300 credit.

Loved buffet breakfast. Cathy and her team - particularly Andrea were amazing. Andrea had such attention to detail - remembering our coffee and even sugar preferences. Great way to start your day.
