Staff were excellent. Friendly and very helpful even though they were extremely busy
Cons Pool area was a little lacking and no rooftop facilities, seem like an opportunity missed
Great location, very clean hotel, great buffet breakfast.

Cons They charged us twice for the room and we are still waiting for our money absolutely disgusting

We appreciated the 2 free drinks in the Marble Bar downstairs. The bed was very comfortable and executive lounge was nice.
Cons We were disappointed that there was no champagne, chocolates or strawberries in the room when we arrived, as we were celebrating a very special occasion - our "50th Golden Wedding Anniversary". We have not been reimbursed with our credit card incidentals of $120.00, as we didn't buy anything from the Mini Bar or the Glass Restaurant.
