On that day your system was down so no one could get into the rooms we had to be escorted up and down strong plus when I arrived I was not able to go to the room I had to wait until after 6:00 to initially get in the room no one had answers even one lady told me I can go check into another hotel and I was traveling from Jacksonville Florida I did not expect that when I got there maybe it would have been a little bit more exceptional had the staff been more accompanying to me and my husband I totally didn't understand and then to top it off when I got ready to sleep the hotel someone had taken and messed up my card and put some kind of spray it was about three three cars or vehicles that was out there that had been messed with I truly believe that I deserve my money back there were no accommodations and they did it as if it was all right and it was not all right normally I don't get this experience from you guys but if that particular hotel it was awful it was an awful run I was glad to leave the building was beautiful and the rooms were clean but it was awful

Cons Not being able to get into the room we were tired from traveling from Jacksonville and I got there and it was like hey we had to go eat we had to do a lot of things before we got there there was no accommodation and no everybody was in panic mode because of the systems going down so it was just awful and then just then wait having to wait to be escorted in and out we couldn't really even leave in and out of our room because if it was no one downstairs to open the door back up we were just stuck so we didn't go in and out once we got there and responding night over and that was it and as I said the facilities was clean it was a beautiful place but it was a terrible experience

The hotel was nicer than I was expecting. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. Nice shower.

Cons The pool was large but could use a refresh.

Courtney, the front desk staff member, was a lifesaver. We arrived at the hotel around midnight after a long day of travel. We were jet-lagged and could barely function. He went above and beyond by helping us with our luggage and even parking our rental car after figuring out how to restart it. We are incredibly thankful for his kindness and exceptional customer service.

Cons The cost for parking was outrageous.
