Cons EXTREMELY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE for a 5 stars hotel we travelled from 26 aug to 2nd sept 2026 it is seems that the hotel was NOT ABLE TO MANAGE SO MAY PEOPLE, THEY WERE SHORT STAFF CLEARLY ... Recommend strongly NO to go there i went to many hotels in Morocco in many cities First time as Moroccan in my life such BAD service was provided ... the Breakfast it was a total disaster, the food was poor quality, no salmon was available, you have to aks fro Fruits like Bananas to the staff for them to give you, the Msemen was frozen food , they just reheat it, the eggs stations was very rufde to the people not very nice, the cleaning service of the room was always done very late like 15h-16h00 so if you have kids who wants to sleep it was a nightmare THEN THE options for dinner was only 2 restaurant one is the buffet and the other one was L'Olivier with very poor servcieand food and extremely high price you also had a pool restauranat Tucano who charge you a water bottle at 50 dhs 1 which cost outside just 7 dhs ! it is ok to make money but 10 times more !!! it is INSANE. THE STAFF also at the reception the lady was not friendly, not very accommodating in manY demand LIKE changing rooms stating they are full, not a very commercial friendly service ! we were with our 2 kids and the only 1 good thing is the pool and the kids club the rest was really TErrible for a 5stars hotel
