Excellent location in downtown Toronto. We received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a great view of the CN Tower, which was a nice surprise. The hotel is older but has been tastefully renovated, with a particularly attractive and modern lobby. Staff were generally very friendly and helpful. The pool area also looked very nice, although unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use it.

Cons Room cleanliness could have been better, especially for a hotel in this category. Our main complaint concerned the bell staff. We asked to have our luggage stored after checkout, but when collecting it, the bellman insisted on bringing it to our car despite my preference to handle it myself. There was then an apparent expectation of a tip for a service we hadn’t requested. Guests should be able to use luggage storage without feeling pressured into additional assistance or tipping.

- Gute Lage

Cons - Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht ganz.

Overall, extremely satisfied with our stay.

The location was great and the rooms were very clean.

Cons No kitchen in the standard rooms makes sense, but a microwave in the room would have been preferable.

Great value for a chic Downtown Toronto stay

Beds were extremely comfortable, the rooms and hotel was clean. Staff were so friendly and welcoming.

Cons The restaurant is great, but could do with more gluten free options.

Excelente ubicación, limpio, moderno, bonito, buen precio, cerca hay restaurantes
