Poor advertisement on booking! Stay away from Hilton!

The staff was very kind. Breakfast was great rooms were clean

Cons Booking lied. Kids aren't free under 17, its 12. Charge double upon arrival. $350 deposit, not mentioned on booking. Reservation never registered with the hotel. And price wasn't accurate. It was $380 for the nught as advertised on booking. Its was $700 for a night. Definitely a hassle to checking and again false advertising on booking. Wont be back.

Cons The room provided at the front desk was different from the one I had booked. After switching rooms, they didn't even check me in properly. Then, after entering my new room, a staff member could open it with a key from another room—this made me feel completely unsafe. The front desk management was chaotic and the overall experience was terrible.

Perfect got it excellent upgrade from the hotel very happy

Located perfectly to everything. Restaurants, Roger Centre etc.. pool area, clean and comfortable

They were friendly seemed clean it was close to where we were going

Cons They didn’t have the room we paid for available and had to give us two queens instead meaning my husband ended up having to sleep on the floor and my toddler got hurt jumping off of one bed and slamming her head on the footboard of another. And the maid woke us by knocking repeatedly at 8 am to see if we were there and she could clean. Which while efficient was rather annoying.

Our stay was very good. The location for us - going to a Blue Jays game and visiting with family.

The room was very quiet, no noise from other rooms; excellent.

Cons They were working on the elevators during our stay. So, sometimes we waited for an elevator. There were signs stating that work was being done to the elevators.
