Hilton Vallarta Riviera All-Inclusive Resort

Beautiful views and excellent bartenders and some staff shine, but the resort fails at basics: rooms stay too hot and management ignores complaints, restaurants close without notice for an all-inclusive, cleanliness varies wildly, and the adults-only area isn't enforced.
