La playa era muy bonita, el hotel en general excelente, recámaras amplias y cómodas, vista perfecta. Restaurantes y bebidas ricos
Cons En general todo estuvo bien pero se podria mejorar si ponen una malla sombra en la alberca familiar , pega el sol directo toda la tarde, tambien la cantidad de camastros no es suficiente y la gente llega a apartarlos desde la mañana y se van todo el dia. Mas tiempo abierta el area de niños con papás, si no puedes estar en la alberca por el sol no hay mucho mas que hacer con niños pequeños.

We had an amazing vacation at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The beach was absolutely unforgettable. We loved that there were tropical fish right by the shore, so it was possible to snorkel and enjoy the underwater life. The large breakwaters also kept the waves calm, making swimming and snorkeling even more enjoyable. The beach was simply outstanding. The rooms were also very comfortable and well maintained. The only small thing we noticed was that the floor was not cleaned every day. Apart from that, everything was excellent. The food was outstanding as well—delicious, fresh, and with a great variety every day. A special thank you to the entire staff. We have never experienced such friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind people at any other hotel. Their warmth and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would be very happy to come back in the future. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable!
Cons Me aparecio una cucaracha en la habitacion, al siguiente dia a las 2pm aun no habian hecho aseo y tuve que llamar a informar que habia tenido que matar una cucaracha dentro para que fueran y limpiaran, limpiaron y esperaron que fueran las 7 de la tarde para enviar a fumigar cuando yo ya iba a estar dentro de la habitacion. Adicional no funcionaban los telefonos, todo tuvo que ser gestionado por correo electronico.
