The hotel is clean and well organized, though it can get a bit busy due to its large size. The staff is warm and attentive, and the breakfasts are delicious, offering a great variety of options. The dining area is clean and creates a very pleasant atmosphere."
Cons The only downside mainly because we visited during a particularly hot spell in Vienna was that the air conditioning in the rooms wasn't quite up to the task.
