Was a very nice hotel, but the lack of parking availability significantly impacted our stay.
The buffet breakfast was great! The hotel was very nice inside, the pool looked great. Felt like a high quality place to stay.
Cons Parking was not available at the hotel for guests to stay as the lot was full. The other lot they recommended was full, so we had to call the hotel for another option. We had to park a 10 minute walk away. We mentioned that this impacted our stay and was told a manager would call. They didn’t call until 2 hours later. There was no jug in the room to go fill up with filtered water, so the only option was to drink the bottled water for purchase.
Cons no sofa or comfy chair to sit on
staying at this resort is very nice experience and no major negative observations.
location is very convenient and breakfast is good, friendly staff, good hospitality .
Cons Having some refreshments like coffee and fruits in the lobby will help late arrival guests.Local shuttle services will help for guests to move around in the village.
