Cons Tivemos um incidente no bar da piscina. A funcionária recusou nos atender por estarmos com o nosso filho de 5 anos. Fizemos uma reclamação. No entanto foi bastante desagradável e desrespeitoso
The hotel has great facilities, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a good variety of options. The bathroom and entrance/closet area in the room were also well maintained.
Cons Unfortunately, the bedroom itself felt quite dated. The furnishings and décor are outdated and showing noticeable wear, which takes away from the overall experience. With some refurbishment, the rooms could better match the quality of the hotel’s facilities and service.
