It was ok at the beginning, but we're very upset when we're charged extra for us not knowing it.

The staff is nice and polite to clean our room. The concierges are very helpful. The breakfast is good and all the staff in the 360 dinning are great and very helpful.

Cons The ad said we would have a double King size bed, but it is much smaller than Beijing Airport Hilton hotel's double King size. The room is quite small too. The most thing made us angry is the receptionists failed to inform us there are 2 different kinds of bottles of water in the room that would have extra charge as room cost. Those bottles are not in the room's refergiator, so we did not pay attention; we know any soda or bottles of water if they are in the refergiator they would cost extra money. We never know if the bottle are in the room that would charge us. But they did. They charge us 100 yuan for 10 bottle of water we had and we didn't even know about it until we checked out. No other Hilton hotels have done this to us in Beijing and in Wuhan. Even though it is not a lot money, we just need their honesty to inform the guests when they check in at the front desk.

Good stay… good service if they just fix the electric sockets it will be awesome place to stay. As a business traveller
