Excellent location. Walk to Anchorage Rail (5 mins) surrounded by restaurants and mall. Room was enormous with 2 double beds and lounge area.
Cons Look elsewhere for breakfast.
Sadly not what I was expecting from a boutique hotel.
Unfortunately we had a train at 5:45am and could not partake in breakfast. It would have been nice if the hotel would have offered grab and go bags, but they did not.
Cons Even for Alaska, Air Conditioning would have been appreciated. A fan is not sufficient.

Whatever you do, don’t stay here
Room was filthy. There was dust on everything like the hotel room had been vacant for months, but it was supposedly fully booked. The bed had clean sheets. The TV had no signal. Breakfast was comparable to a cheap motel. Avoid this place like the plague.
Not very impressive
For Alaska's expensive pricing, this was not much of a deal. Tiny bathroom. Very noisy street outside. Lumpy bed. Breakfast was ok for cereal, but not much else. On the other hand, the lighting was very good; we had 2 luggage racks without having to ask; and desk clerk was very helpful.
